Our adventure begins with three pre-cruise nights in the beautiful Eternal City at a 4.5-star hotel located in the heart of the historic centre. You will be located in walking distance from the ruins of ancient Rome and the majesty of Vatican City.  Enjoy a professionally guided city tour with Coliseum tickets included and an optional guided walk through the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel during our stay in the city! Next we embark on a thrilling 13-day cruise adventure aboard the Norwegian Dawn!

Our first stop is in the beautiful Tuscan region in Italy: Florence and Pisa, resplendent in art and history. Many of the main attractions in Florence are centrally located for the perfect walking tour. Next, we sail to elegant Cannes, France, home to the International Film Festival and to many rich and famous! 

We now head to the Iberian Peninsula, to Barcelona - a place of palpable history, where you can stroll down the medieval streets of the Barri Gotic! Next, we travel to the port of Cadiz giving you access to the city of Seville, the capital of Spain's Andalusian region with its bustling squares filled with locals and visitors alike.

After our tour of Spain's coast and a say at sea, we sail into Lisbon, Portugal! With its Gothic cathedrals, a medieval castle, and quaint village neighbourhoods, Lisbon has been the country's capital since 1147. After day at sea, we head our first stop in France: Le Verdon, gateway to Bordeaux, only 2 hours away. Savour the city's visual feast of classic French ornate buildings, broad avenues, picturesque squares and the Cathedral of St. André with stunning stained glass windows!

After another relaxing day at sea, we arrive in Amsterdam! Affectionately known as the "Venice of the North," Amsterdam is actually situated below sea level and built entirely on stakes driven into the ground. The Anne Frank House, The Hague and a Delft Blue Pottery Factory are but a few of the sights that await your arrival. 

Next, we head to one of the world's most historically rich cities: the vibrant London in the United Kingdom! Here, the London Eye offers a mile-high view of the city. Perhaps pay a visit to the Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and more before visiting the British Museum or stroll down Lower Regent Street. Once you've worked up an appetite, you can visit one of Britain's classic Food Halls!

Then, we head to the ultimate European city: Brussels. This city has many museums, fountains, gardens and great shopping! Maybe stroll the Old Town area to see St. Hubert Arcades and its shops, as well as Butchers' Street with its plethora of restaurants and cafes. 

Although the fabulous cruise portion of our tour ends in Paris, our vacation is not complete! After disembarking, we drive north to Normandy for a one-night stay. Learn of the sacrifice given by those who came before us and fought for our freedom at Juno Beach. Quietly ponder the significance of these shores and the devastation that took place here.

Lastly, we visit the “City of Lights”: Paris. From the Louvre to the Eiffel Tower, from the Notre Dame Cathedral to café hopping on the Left Bank, Paris has something for everyone! Enjoy a professionally guided tour with the highlights of Paris; Champs-Élysées, Arc du Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower.
